So exited!
Well, just two more nights and then, on sunday, I'm going to take a class with Nicole Heydenrijk.
I' ll be doing a sugar scull with prostetics. A Whole day of face painting!
So looking forward to it!!!
Has anyone yet been to a class with her??

Re: So exited!
It has been so great today!!!
Of course, got lost on the way there, but finally made it before class was beginning! Phew!
It was awsome!
First we had a practice with prothetics:

And after lunch we started on Sugar Sculls (my very first one!) also with prothetics:
This one is after the first step, blending background and glueing prosthetics
And this one is finished!

That is so awesome! How amazing that you got to take a class with such a talented instructor. I love, love, love the gears & whatnot under the skin!! Wonder if I could achieve that look with a self-carved plaster mold and Water-Melon....

It totally freaked out my 10-year old son...
Bad, bad mum!!
Yes, they make the prosthetics from foam-latex. Will look it up on internet what kind of stuff that is...
It feels a little bit spongy and is re-usable!
Also bought elve-ears an some beautiful flowers!
And bought the book Step by step face painting 2 from illusion & friends.
There are a couple of forum-members in the book!
