Finally got pics of my set up...Stanley tool boxes that fit in Fat Max
I took a pic of my set up today, it is my fat max with a foam core top, and the tool boxes are from Stanley (about $12 each from Walmart) they had these little purple boxes inside, they are not attached, and I took them out and velcroed in my paints. I used some bamboo placemats that I duct taped to the backs for brush holders, and storage, so all my brushes and paints just pack up and go right into the bottom of the fat max. Still tweeking, but I like it.
I have my storage boxes at the end of the fat max, one on top of the other, and they stack to the perfect hight to hold the lid of the fat max steady, and then give me a little extra table top room for the water, cash box, and a place to keep my ice tray brush holder too.

Too funny Mana, you can call me Martha, espeically once we get to Kidvention!
I found that clock at Bed Bath and Beyond, it has two timers on it too, one that you can use to time yourself to see how fast you are painting, and one that you can set for when it is time to close the line.

This is awesome and looks so functional. I like looking at picks before I go out and spend money I don't have. Nice and inexpensive alternative.

I love the look of this - the lids of the tool boxes are a barrier that keeps other hands from touching your stuff. That's a real plus.
But can you clarify what you mean by the storage boxes? I think you have a tablecloth over them in the picture so I can't see them. And what do you carry in them? How do you carry them - do you somehow stack them on top of the FM? So many questions, sorry! I really like your setup but I'm trying to figure out when it is all packed up, if it is more or less than I already tote with me.
