I tryed starblends with my body glue and tattoo stencils

This one is starblends w/ glitter accents and paint added around it.

They have lasted better than glitter.My sons stayed looking good for about 12 days.

If you used black starblend with a smoothie, would that solve the problem people have been having with the flyaway black mica sticking to the skin outside the stencil?

It's a mineral that is used in powder form (instead of glitter)...you can use black to mimic a real tattoo.

Mica is like a mineral eyeshadow without all the fillers some eyeshadows may have. It's more pigmented and pure color.

For the black and red one I flicked the powder off of my smoothie , but made a bit of a mess. The white and pink one used an eyeshadow brush ,much less mess.

I tried it and loved the look, now to see if last as long or longer.

How do you clean off any starblend that gets outside the stencil? Brushing doesn't seem to work, nor does alcohol. Or are you just super careful to stay inside the lines?

I use a baby wipe or damp papertowel. You can also use the clear vinyl top layer of the stencil as a lint roller and dab at leftover mica and glitter. Pics it up really well.

So, just for curiosity, (I don't do glitter tat): you put the Starblends ON the glue? With a brush?

Yes, you use an eye shadow brush. I leave the stencil on while adding the Starblends & this way I don't get overage on the skin. I like to use something fine like a brush or eyeshadow brush.

Thanks, Linda, I see... And then the Starblends remain on the glue? So they're,more like "powders" or eyes shadow? I've never seen Starblends and I thought they were more like paint...and I couldn't imagine how you painted on glue.

Do you aply them dry or wet? (I think I'm gonna walk around the Starblends threads, they could be a good option for the Spanish sunny and wet summer days...)

You apply them dry. Think of very vibrant eyeshadow.
