looking for the colors/blend in a unique butterfly that I can not find again

I'm wiling away time until Morpheus finds me:

Earlier today I ran across an image of a butterfly (in fact, I've seen several on Face Book).

The artist had used three colors on top, and three on the bottom.
It looked as though she/he had used a yellowish gold/orange/dark red for the top outlined in black with feathering above the eye, and used what looks like a lime-yellow/turquoise-blue/violet for the bottom wing, below the eye.

I LOVED the combination of colors, especially the greens/blues blend on the bottom. Of course, I forgot to bookmark it. I've looked at tons of images today, so, history isn't helping much.

Does anyone here know what image I'm speaking of? If so/not, do you know what colors and/or cake they may have used?

As soon as I'm home again, and able, I want to place an order - and I'd LOVE to add that cake (if there is one) or, make my own if the color blend was made by the artist.

I remember that under the butterfly, someone had asked what the colors were.. something like that.. and someone else posted to ask the artist.

Lynne Jamieson makes a butterfly like that, she uses the warm colors on top, and the cool ones on the bottom... Check this link, the second pic...

it has to be jenny's one. i was admiring it the other day as wel. reckon it was posted in one of the face book groups. they also said what split cakes were used but i believe it was a flame one for the top hmmm off to investigate!

Lynne Jamieson did that one in her FABA TV video so beautiful! I'd hazard a guess to say people have been trying it... if you'd like me to screen shot the image, I can. She picked up each of the colours individually but I'm thinking of making cakes - so beautiful!

I really believe that split cake already exist, because you are talking about 3 different butterflies: Slly farm, Lynne Jamieson and Jennie Saunders, they all have the same colors on it.

Am I daltonic, or this colors look similar?

I can't say it enough ...

Ok be ready for the mystery cake: any regular o neon truly rainbow cake, mine is from DFX, I use 1/4 of sponge and pick the colors from the middle, I think it worths the try before buying a new one.

I've seen this combo so many times lately. I know my Illusion mag has one in it and I think I saw one on TAGs facebook.

I would just make the splits bigger. Red, orange, and gold, then another blue, green, and yellow.

I'm always looking for different combos for split cakes

I've never bought the regular rainbow.. only the neon one. That's probably why I didn't recognize the colors!
