Blue Paint for Scotish Flag

I am doing a Scottish festival in June and expect lots of kids to want brave heart or a FULL FAce of the Scottish Flag, which is a base of white with a large BLUE cross ( or X) over it.
My question is what color blue is it called and whch company has it to order.
I will use Snaz white as the base most likey so Please keep that in mind when reccommending a brand/color name.

Looks like a pretty basic blue. WolfeFX essentials blue should do the trick, as would Snazaroo Royal Blue.

Yep, the BASE is blue and the cross ontop a white! I got the colors switched. I am not sure if its a royal blue - sort of dark blue or a lighter, sky blue.

For face painting, I wouldn't agonize over the shade of blue, as long as its in the ballpark. Its likely no one will care if you got the right blue or not.
