But having never done GT before...here goes:
Can these be applied to faces? Or just arms, legs, etc?

Re: Really Stupid Question
The company I use, states the following about their products: The glitter and glue is completely safe for the face for the entire body including the face. However, it's not recommended for the face in case you want to remove the tattoo as the friction to remove it could irritate the skin on the face because that's your most sensitive area. I offer to put the tat's anywhere else and they are usually fine with that....considering most people don't normally tattoo their face anyway.
Re: Really Stupid Question
Yes they can be applied to faces... but as they start to wear off it will look pretty poor on someones face. As a personal rule, I do not do them on faces.

Re: Really Stupid Question
I have a lot of customers ask for glitter tats on their faces. I always tell them that these things can stick around for 3-5 days and should be on an arm or leg, etc. They always find another good spot for them.
Re: Really Stupid Question
I will do faces on adults/ models etc but not at drunken events - they may forget and wake up hungover with no idea that baby oil will remove the stuff i use...

What she said. Exactly.
I can also tell you from being a model for a "bling" class that taking glued on glitter off really does scratch and hurt and irritate. I won't do them on faces because of this, especially little ones.
Re: Really Stupid Question
Hey, Lynnie: do you mean that liquid bling stuff? I didn't know that it was hard to get off. I might have to re-think using it.

Re: Really Stupid Question
Liquid Bling and the other glitter GELS come off fine - wash with soap and water. The glitter applies with GLUE is what doesn't come off easily.

Re: Really Stupid Question
Thanks, Shannon. I was confused.
I took everyone's advice and I won't do them on faces, either.

Re: Really Stupid Question
I know this is an old thread, but my husband just put a "finger' Stache on his face "UGHHHHHH"
Didnt bother his skin at all, but wow he looked like a dork!
it lasted 4 days before I MADE him take it off (he wasnt happy with me, but I dont want the kiddies thinking they are ok to put on their face)
It lasted great and looked great the entire time, but his face was a little raw getting it off.
