I just bought a caravan pop up tent from costco. What else do I need and how do I set up??

Pictures greatly appreciated.

Really I need HELP! Starting to get nervous.

You are going to love it!! RELAX (and yes thats an order) haha..
Right
Caravan/ tent
table/chairs
Signage/advertising,price list..
Perhaps balloons to make you stand out a little
paint and designs
water/ bucket for waste
rubbish bags
Money pouch/camera
And a Big SMILE!!

If you are right handed put your table on your right so your not crossing over all the time. I have my table and clients chair on one side of my tent with an extra chair for their parent and on the other side I have 4 cheap fold up chairs for people who are browsing my designs and they can relax and have a sit down....
You'll figure out what works for you... I wish you all the best and a nice busy day..Yay for you!!

Got Print has some pretty good prices on banners too- I have been comparing between them and vistaprint to get the best deal. (-- of course, I don't get any of those fadulous vistaprint coupons everyone is always talking about) a 2x4 foot banner @ Got print is $16. the comparable size @ vistaprint (medium 4x2.5) is $29.99.

Sophie, once I set up an account with Vistaprint, I started getting offers in my email - usually I say "No" to email offers when I sign up for something, but apparently that's where the really great deals come from with Vistaprint. The offers I've gotten have been pretty amazing - the one I got on Friday had the small banner (like Perry has her designs on) reduced from $20.99 to $4.20!!!

I haven't ordered anything yet but have been getting my graphics ready and will be doing so soon.

Those tents - I have one, but I was hesitant to bring it to my first "gig" - it seems like something that would be hard for one person to set up. Is it just a matter of practice?
Also, how are those tents (sturdy?) on concrete?

the FirstUp ones from Walmart are really just for one day type things, but they are ok and a little cheaper. The ones from Caravan are MUCH more sturdy, but don't fold down as compactly and are a little more expensive. I put them up and take them down by myself, in clown, every weekend, it's tricky but not impossible. I'm just glad the case has wheels because even folded up, it's taller than me.
