This Fairy's going to the chapel & she's gonna get married.....

painted another fairy today, yep my head is in fairlyland I started out with just wanting to paint a standard type fairy not too fancy to see how long it took me, then I got lost in it & she evolved into this. I know my proportioning is all wrong, but hey I'm still practicing. So the basic fairy on her own took me 12mins to paint. I used TAG one stroke unicorn for her dress.

Not getting bored at all! I love this fairyland of yours. Didn't you make a belly some time ago with a carriage. That one suits fairyland also in my opinion.

Yes Nancy I did do a carriage on a belly very fairy-like. Mmmmm there must be something in my water, some fairy magic perhaps.

Glad your all enjoying my fairyland adventure. I've got another couple dancing around in my head. Couldn't paint any today I had to go out. So hopefully tomorrow. And fingerscrossed I get a willing model at my regular gig on Saturday night, I'll make sure I take pics if I'm successful.

.The only way I have managed to get around painting people is to cover up most of them. The face I leave blank and paint hair across it. Mostof the body I try to hide under clothing and arms I just do 2 teardrops and a blob for the hand.

Nancy funny you should mention the man btw. My eldest son also asked where the groom was? So I'll have a play with that & see if anything decent comes of it.

Do you paint hte fairy's on cheeks, arms and so? Girls often ask to be a fairy, not to have one painted. Shame, cause they're so beautiful
