tips on painting a sleeve
My friend, God bless her, let me experiment on a sleeve for her. This is what I came up with... my first attempt at "body art". Anyway, we came up with a couple of questions while we were in process. First of all, does the sleeve include under the arm where it would rub against the clothing? If so, how do you keep from messing that part up? Also, are there any tips to making it any faster? This sleeve took over an hour (Of course, we were watching her three boys as well). I started off with a sponged on base made of a green split and then did the brush work on top. If y'all have any suggestions or comments, please let me know. Thanks

Oops, that was a bit tiny. I'll try that again. Obviously, I'm the newbie

Well, goodness sakes, obviously I don't know how to post an image either. But I found if you click the picture, it will enlarge. I'm soooo embarrassed!

Awwww, don't be embarrassed. It took me a bit to figure out photos too.
For sleeves the under part depends on what people want. I just give a rub warning and leave it up to them.
I think it's really cute. I might have used more contrasting colors so they stand out more. Perhaps making the butterflies and flowers larger would have allowed it to go faster? And certainly 3 kids will slow things down considerably! lol
Nice job!
