Nope. Looks like butterflies to me. Might want to get your eyes checked. LOL.

If you are talking about the brown spot on the upper right portion of your hand in the picture, it looks more like a freckle to me. Liver spots aren't generally that uniform in shape. New freckles can pop out all of the time, especially if you spend any time in the sun, so I wouldn't worry about it. You're still young!
