selling used paints? (Good beginner set/s)

What are the rules regarding selling used facepaints?

I am thinking of going to a different brand/s and have two 18 color pallettes with 2ml colors in each well. All Snaz. One pallette is regular finish, the others metallic.

They are all in fine shape, used in a sanitary fashion. Most colors have a smattering of Mama Clown glitter from poofer fallout. A few of the colors are nearly gone or have been used to make my own arty cake refills. The metallics are barely used.

Wasnt sure if selling used was OK? Please advise.

Yes it's fine, just post pics and be honest about the condition.

thank you! i would be nothing but honest about the condition of the paints, as id expect the same from others. i can and will include photos if i decide to sell. ive been eyeing up the rectangular rainbow cakes that others have made using other containers and may just do that instead of selling
