hello there

I'm new to this forum and fairly new to face painting. I'm a fully qualified Theatrical and Media Makeup Artist but the part of my course which covered face painting was limited. I've found myself getting more and more interested in this area and now, am trying to set up a little business doing just that! I've had a few gigs but on reflection, must have looked like an amateur.

Having watched tutorial after tutorial on You Tube and spent countless hours scouring the internet for various bits and bobs for my kit, comparing prices etc i finally found this forum.

Cant wait to get stuck in and really look forward to getting to know others who have the experience I dont have right now, and the passion that I do.

Thanks to everyone for my greetings. Its my first time on any kind of forum and I feel so happy that you guys have been so welcoming. Will try and post up some of my work so far...not much at the moment as I never took that many pics of my work....didnt have the time when I was doing the gigs. But realise now that its a very important part and will do my best to get them in future. Off to buy my first split cakes today and cant wait to have a go! Let you know how I get on.

this would be my sister mary..she is just starting out..thanks for all the welcomes to her..I told her about face paint forum in hopes of bringing new ideas and friends her way..can't wait to see how she comes along..
