Cease & Desist notice

Has anybody got possible wording for a cease & desist notice? Just found out another business set up about 6 months ago using similar website name and their logo is VERY similar to mine. They quote charges on their site but not their geographic area, this means any of my possible clients just click off the site assuming its me charging !!!!!!!!!

FYI, Amanda, I could not get your website to load. It kept timing out. Maybe ask some other people to check your site and see if they have any problems. If so, you should check with whoever hosts your site and see if there is a problem. Otherwise people will think they got the address wrong and will google your business name and will end up at the other site.

Have you registered, copyrighted or trademarked your name and logo? If you haven't it probably will be hard to get any results from a cease and desist letter.
