Which full face/masks designs are most requested?
I'm new here and am slowly learning all the tricks and trades of this field. I have an add posted on Craigslist and from that I have done a few private b-day parties...which have all turned out well. But I've only really done cheekart at these parties mainly cause there were just too many kids to do the full face and mask designs on, not to mention that I haven't practiced many full face designs or masks.
Anyway, I have a b-day party this weekend to work. I am only hired for an hour, but there isn't supposed to be any more then 8 kids at the party. I was wanting to work up a board of masks and/or full face designs to offer.
I started practicing last night on this flame mask:

I really like the idea, but it took a while to get it the way I liked. I guess my question is, which masks/full face designs would any of you recommend I focus on practicing for the party this weekend. The party is actually going to be in the toy story theme, but as far as I can tell there really isn't any full face or mask work out in toy story designs for me to practice with. I've thought of adding a design for a full face dog and tiger...but I guess I'm asking in others professional opinion, what are the most requested full face/mask designs you are asked to do?
I think I wasted my time last night messing with the flame mask and should probably be trying out different less complex designs that would be easier to learn and quicker to do for the party. Any suggestions?
Sorry this is so long...but thank you for taking the time to read it!

I'm fairly new as well, but I can tell you that I offer, Butterflies, Skulls, Tigers, Dogs, Spiderman, Leopard (almost same as tiger), Hello Kitty. These seem to be the most popular for me.

For me I do lots of butterflies, cats & lately Avatar.

Hahaha, I can do Avatar, but don't put it on my board since it's sooooo time consuming!

you should have a good spiderman, tiger, puppy and butterfly... those are by far the most requested. As far as Toy Story goes, I'd also practice the half face dinosaur (like Rex) that uses their mouth as the dinosaur mouth.
Once you have practised them, full faces are far faster than most cheek art.

I think boys would LOVE your flame mask. It also look forgiving, in that if you go faster and it is uneven, it would look great still!

Thanks guys...I figured that the tiger and butterflys are most common. I do like the dinasour on the side of the face coving the corner of the mouth too. Yeah I think with a little more practice I could get the flame mask down where I could do it quick...but should work on other things for this weekend's party at least. I'll practice more on the other ideas and get back on this one...I just really like the flame mask! lol
