Be sure and let us know, Heff! Some pictures on her site indicate Diamond/Wolfe/TAG... clear screw together containers. Her colors are so GORGEOUS and well matched... take note of the names of the colors if you can think of it in the midst of your experience! LOL.

I know some contestents have already paid for their registration. For the person that wins and say has already paid or cant come, will they give the prize to someone else or will the next runner up who needs it get it? I know some are posting to bring another person/child and could really use the win too. So, how are we voting? On everyone or those that want to win the prize? or both?

If the person who wins is not able to go they can give it to someone who wants to go... Maybe if the winner would start a thread called "Tell me why you want to go to Fabbulas"

I guess at the end of the day, I would really like the person who did the best job AND who would like to come or bring a second person to win.

If you entered and truley want to come or want to pass this to someone who intends to come don't resist stating your reasons for wanting to win. This might help sway some voters??

Yeah I was wondering how the voting was going to be done...especially with people entering that have stated that they were not intending on attending Fabbulas.

I know my motivation as BluAngl said is to bring my daughter, even though she won't let me paint her...lol, she has always wanted to paint for herself (has her own mini version of my kit) and when she saw some of Krystals balloons, she has a real desire to learn to do twisting.

So I know folks were probably wondering why so many posts from me, well there you have it. She really wants to go and I will always try to do my very best for her.

why cant we just vote as per usual, vote for the one we like the best, the most creative, the best that fits the theme etc... not voting for a sob story!

I personally, will vote for the one i like the best, regardless of who it is, or why they want it.

I don't think theres a single person on this forum selfish enough to win and not pass it on when others want it!

I know theres no chance of me going, but I still entered, i would happily pass it on to someone else, without a second thought. That was going to happen before this thread was even created. But I dont think its fair to start excluding people from the voting, just because theyve already paid, or dont want to go!!!

Lets just vote as per normal I say!

I offcourse won't be going, but I liked the challenge...so I would pass it on...

I didn't really mean it as a sob story. I just meant that if someone who posted just for fun has absolutely no one in mind to pass it to, then maybe they should reiterate this fact so that someone who is really trying to earn a spot for themselves or for someone else can go to the conference.

I just really wanted someone to be able to go who might otherwise not have been able to. I wasn't trying to say that anyone is selfish and I certainly wasn't trying to exclude anyone.

Sorry if I have offended here. I just didn't want an opportunity to go at 50% off to go unused is all.

I doubt I'll win, but if it matters... I'm not going, even w/ 1/2 off. I couldn't leave my hubby w/ a house full of kids & an intense college schedule & teaching internship... His head might explode & I'd have to not think... Wow, how'd I paint that

Yeah I wasn't trying to get votes bc of a "sob" story as entertainments said nor was I implying that anyone was selfish. I was just curious as to what everyone though of or if there was a highest votes who needs the prize wins the prize regardless of who won the challenge.

i just meant, if this was going to be judged off who wanted it the most, then it wasnt worth the time i put into mine etc, and I could have just put one line on my face etc, if people were voting for those who wanted it the most etc...

I had visions of everyone posting theor reasons and them getting more and more needy lol, as everyone wanted the prize. i never aimed it anyone, and im sorry if you saw it like that, I just thought it should be judged on merit, and the same way as usual
