Valentine's Day Stuff (lots of curls and swirls and hearts...oh my!)

Other than belated 'New Year's' themes...can't think of other stuff atm. Very Happy

I'm all for Valentine's stuff too....

Mardi Gras is Feb. 24th in 2009... it's always the day before ash wednesday (the first day of Lent in the RC church)

mardi gras literally translates to "fat tuesday" ... we always called it Pancake day.... it's the day when people used to empty all the junk food from their cupboards before fasting for lent.

I am all for Chinese New Year (would love to do a dragon), Mardi Gras (Mardi Gras 'masks' just rock!) and who doesn't love Valentine's Day!! Smile All good chances to practise a new look or two! Smile

Back in college a friend and I sent out Friday the 13th cards, with stamp out VD and a logo with a crossed out heart on it and a variety of not pretty or sweet pictures...hmmm this year is another Friday the thirteenth/ Saturday valentines combo... Twisted Evil
