Client Database Management Empty Client Database Management

Post by Jessica Hicklin Mon Jun 28, 2010 10:40 pm

Hello all! Long time no post!! I hope everyone's business is thriving! Very Happy I was wondering if anyone uses a client database to keep your contacts organized....for mailings and such. I would love to know who is using what.
Thanks in advance!

Client Database Management Empty Re: Client Database Management

Post by Guest Mon Jun 28, 2010 11:10 pm

I hate to admit it... but I keep hand-written lists in a binder. My contact form, contracts and invoice books capture all the information and then I make lists for mailings.

Seeing that I am pretty good on computers (30 years of admin work and counting) you'd think I'd make better use of my software!!

I just use excel, but the way this year has been crazy booked, I may be looking into purchasing some rental software.

I just have an event questionnaire that I use and then keep that to reference in the future. It has all the pertinent information about the client and event on it. I'm really a hands-on person.
