I think it was one of the promotional images Disney put out. I love it! (Although I'm kinda thinking it looks photoshopped - that rainbow looks superimposed; how could you ever get good coverage over Maul's makeup? Unless it was sealed with something. Hmmmm. Plus I've watched the painters at the parks and they don't use brushes this small! Razz staged photo, but cool.

Besides, they got Nick & Brian Wolfe for Star Wars Weekends. Brian Wolfe was saying they had to get all face designs approved by George Lucas.
