Had a fun weekend!

SO I told a friend of mine I am starting to teach myself face painting, and she offered her kids as canvases...lol. SO I came over with my daughter and painted them all. They had a great time, I learned a bunch about placement, holding the brush and how to use it for certain areas, etc. It was lots of fun! I just ordered over 300$ in paints, brushes, supplies and such *blush* so now I;m just waiting for the mail to come with bated breath!


(I know I forgot the nose...I knew something was missing...lol)

Cool, I find that the waiting between having ordered and the arrival is the hardest. Because I look so much forward to using the new paints / brushes whatever .

And great to have friends with "practicekids" *G*

I love new paint. There's nothing worse than getting it & not being able to sit right down & play.

Thanks so much! Before last weekend I had only ever tried a butterfly on my daughter...which wasn't the best. lol. I've been watching youtube tutorials and absorbing as much as I can. This is so much fun!

Awesome! I love practicing on kids on my neighborhood! Plus they boost my self esteem by saying things like "you are so good at this" even when I totally mess it up.
