Re: Airbursh System Help
Woah Woah Woah....
I want to get along with everyone, I joined this because it's fun and informative but if you are going to use my name, please use it correctly. I NEVER SAID that experience wasnt worth anything, NEVER. Here is a cut and paste of EXACTLY WHAT I SAID:
.....I don't know that i believe that anyone who has 50 years of experience is any better than someone who has been doing something for 6 months. I've seen artists less than a year in practice who are in my eyes MUCH better than some that have been painting for YEARS. Each person has their own artistic abilities and some are just naturally better than others (In my eyes and tastes). Experience is worth a ton though and that should be noted. Never let anyone discorage ya - most of the time it's just advice being taken from people who attempted something and just couldnt get the hang of it...not that it makes them any less of an artist, they could be killer at some other form. END CUT AND PASTE
You have been on my back ever since I simply posted responses to a couple questions that one user asked....all of which were stated as being in MY OPINION. I'm not one to get into altercations, especially with someone on the other side of the United States. Please dont turn this into an experience thing by claiming that I stated that experience wasnt worth anything and please please please dont turn it into a male v/s female thing. I'm not understanding the beef that you seem to have with me. I very kindly ask that you don't try to misinform people of my statements....I clearly said that - "Experience is worth a ton and that should be noted". WHERE DID I SAY I WAS ALWAYS RIGHT, you keep saying that!
I have not once said anything you've said was wrong, but you jump all over my posts like I'm not advice worthy. Can't we just get along...if you don't like my comments, just dont read them. I'm not going to put any more effore in defending myself to you because I don't think I have to, but I really dont want people thinking I'm a jerk by some other user saying things I never said, geeez. I'm sure you are an oustanding airbrush artist and I'm sure you are an incredible face painter....I don't know you as a person, but I personally dont have any issues with you. I hope you understand.
I didnt really read anywhere that males were not welcome here...I've talked to several of people who have treated me very kindly and made me feel very welcome...it's a shame that this has come to be.

Re: Airbursh System Help
Amen, I want to get along with everyone...I just dont want words put in my mouth....does anyone? I'll be the first to offer a truce, take the high-road and all that. I respect everyone and pride myself on being too nice most of the time. I wish I understood it better but I'm not gonna worry about it. I'm too young to care and too old to let it bother me. PEACE LOVE & POP-TARTS!
Speaking of pop-tarts, my favorite are the frosted strawberry.

I'll eat your cinnamon ones....but they wont make my toes tap the way those frosted strawberry ones do. I 100% respect your opinion though. You crack me up big time!

Re: Airbursh System Help
No way.......the cinnamon ones are the bomb! Warm or cold.....but if I had to choose a breakfast pastry it would definitely be bacon.
Re: Airbursh System Help

Re: Airbursh System Help
I prefer it cripsy but have never passed up a limp piece....either way it's packed with greasy flavorful goodness that only bacon posesses. I'm now having another problem...is it too early for breakfast or is it too late? What have I done?

Re: Airbursh System Help
I can't even begin to read all of this. If you have to start off your post with "I hope I don't offend," well then you already know that is where you are most likely headed. So, if you think you will offend then don't post.
I KNOW that I may have offended, but how else do you say, keep it nice, keep it clean and "try" to keep it on topic? Let's not let this forum turn into the instensly dramatic, insulting and unfriendly arenas that others are.
Thank you so much for your understanding.
