forum problems - no icons, no toolbar to upload photos

recently when logged into the forum on my cell phone, the icons show up as blue squares with a white question mark inside.

the list of emoji do not show up, and when i open a new post, the toolbar to upload photos doesn't show up either (oh no, no tag, you're it!!)

anyone else having this problem?
