Hey guys,

So i'm freaking out! I was on a job today and for some reason, I think its my crazy pregnancy hormones, I left some of my brushes resting in the water.... I know I know!! I'm always so careful to stand them up. They weren't in there for that long, 5 minutes tops before I realised, but now they are bent, is there anything I can do to save them?!!
Thanks in advance.

Yes! After cleaning/rinsing your brushes: boil some water in a saucepan, deep enough to CAREFULLY insert your bent brushes almost, but not all the way, to the ferrule. Hold them there while counting to five & remove. Now twirl brush through your fingers to make a point. If still curved, repeat the process. Be careful not to dip the brush as far as the ferrule. It holds your brush with glue & the heat would melt that glue! This really works.

Oh wow i just thought of something reading your message, the water that i filled up when i cleaned and refilled was warm, maybe that's why they have bent so much!
Thank you! I'm going to try it now. Fingers crossed!

Glad to have helped AnnaBB. I believe I learned how to save my "bent" brushes on this forum. Don't forget to try the
search button here using key words for future questions. If you don't find your answer, try googling. You might still find your answer here!

After you do the boiling process you can use some hair gel that will them straight until you use them again.
