Brush bath

Hello everyone,
I am looking at buying the Brush Bath spray, from silly farm, to clean my brushes in between customers. I can't find any thread on it, or any reviews for similar items. What do you guys use, and have you used this particular one. I am concerned with possible allergy's. The only comment I could find linked to the item, was asking for ingredients to be listed for possible allergy to product. They never responded to the question, so I don't know.

I like it--mostly for the fact that it shows without saying you are concerned about hygiene.

That being said, it is pricey. Would it be more cheaply done with organic baby shampoo & a drop of essential oil without paying for shipping?

there are other brands of makeup brush baths, though.
the active ingredient in many cosmetic brush bath cleaners is an antibacterial, phenoxyethanol.

I wouldn't use any of those products when face painting. Not worth the risk. AND I am allergic to lots of things myself.

I am sensitive to the Brush Bath. Do NOT spray your brushes and the brushes and then use the brush without rinsing, because you may cause an allergic reaction if there is a child who is sensitive like me to some of the ingredients. Rinse the brushes in a two or three tank system to try to wash the residue off.

I also bought a three part plastic bin for water to clean any remaining soap before using. I will only use a few drops of the soap in the first bath, and than will rinse it 3 separate times before use. I will just need to make sure I bring plenty of water with me as in trying it out I see it only takes about 10 brushes to carry over to the second pot.
