Hiring from FPF?
IS it okay to post topics pertaining to hiring on FPF?
I am in need of about a half dozen girls for our fall route at the moment and would like to post a topic under the new artists forum, perhaps.

I don't see why not, but I'll tell you that if you aren't paying the going rate, you should prepare to be blasted.
Fair warning.
So, what does it pay??

Re: Hiring from FPF?
I wish I could answer that question more clearly, because it is different for every person as we run a commission split program.
We do not hire just anyone at Facemasters, we have a rigorous interview process for existing face painters and an amazing online training program for new face painters that is specifically geared towards PPF Metrics.
Once an artist is ranked and qualified to work as a Facemaster they are matched with positions within the company. Different regions with different prices and differing income per capita as well as other socioeconomic factors come into play as far as compensation is concerned.
At the end of the day my artists take home the lions share and as the most valuable asset to our corporation that's the way it should be.
