It don't matter if you're black or white, do do do
Despite what Michael Jackson says, I think which black and whites you use are very important in face painting. I am pretty sure that the general consensus is that Wolfe carries the most opaque whites and the most stark blacks (and I agree). My problem is now that I have only one half container of each left and I have too many gigs to not have a backup of black and white... But it is sold out EVERYWHERE! AHHHHHH
Here is my question... Are there any brands that can hold up against wolfe? I really need to order in the next week or so, and I am afraid the wolfe white and black will not be in stock by then.
Curses to my poor planning

I actually prefer TAG white to Wolfe, and yes i have tried both. They both seem to have the same coverage and opacity if you load your tools right. But i found Wolfe to be more 'creamy' then TAG and was more easily turned into goo if I didn't baby it. For that reason I go with TAG, but also it's more cost effective when you can get the 90gm container and it does the same job as Wolfe.

I have heard great things about global strong black and plan to try it out when I am done my wolfe.
I think I'm going to try Cameleon white next time too.

I have global strong black and it is actually blacker (is that a word?) than wolfe black (which I also use and love). The global washes off easier too, with no staining...so if I have to do a batman I choose global, lines on a butterfly..either wolfe or global strong black.

I LOVE cameleon black velvet, in my most humble opinion it's 'blacker' than the cameleon strong black and blacker than Wolfe black
Wolfe white will never be the same as it used to be again, cameleon pure white and diamond FX white seem to be the same recipe as the current Wolfe white, so if you like Wolfe, you'll definitely like those I think.

I have tried global and TAG and I don't like them, think the are kind of clear, I prefer Diamond FX, specially the black is almost the same as Wolfe, I have heard about a FAB white, the have 2 and have seen a lot of teachers using that one (Heather and Margi)
Re: It don't matter if you're black or white, do do do
I have found the global colors are really nice, however they smear very easy and don't seem to set as fast a paradise or wolfe
Re: It don't matter if you're black or white, do do do
I love my Globals for lining (though, admittedly, I'm using blue, purple and magenta). I bought Cameleon Black Velvet and find it works very well.

Thanks for all the input!
