Why, thank you JIirie & Fessie! On my personal Facebook page, one of my friends commented how glad she was "that I was around to enjoy it." My comment back was…"MY sentiment, EXACTLY!!!" Every day is a gift. There are so many things to be grateful for this year. Family, friends, good health, this wonderful face paint forum & the happiest job I've ever had…my face painting business. Last Saturday, I noticed a very young boy waiting in line was acting up a little. As I painted a baseball on his face, his Mum said she was amazed, since he rarely held still. She quietly told me he had Autism. I'd figured that & had let him know each time I was going to touch his face. He & I kept talking while I painted. He told me he LOVED baseball. His Mum got a little teary when he gave me a high five. As I posted on my business page: He made my day & won my heart!
BTW, Fessie…I'm grateful for your sense of humor & grateful that I've learned to swallow my mouthful of tea, wine, Margarita etc. etc. before reading anything on the forum. I could ruin my keyboard or choke when I read some of your comments ( and you, too, Miss Ronnie!)
