I'm making my first purchases soon and I wanted to know what hand pump is the best for around $10? I heard good things about qualatex pumps, but I don't know which one is good.

The best I can tell you is that mine is a green one, around 6 or 7 dollars, and I love it...the hubby ordered it and doesn't remember what kind it is. Shocked Shocked

i have the filbert floor pump a bit more spendy. but well worth the investment if you are doing balloons on a weekly basis.
