Portable Face painting gear (no car)

Hello
I am a starter face painter, been painting for a while (not body art)
So anyway, In my country there are a lots of fares in every city (about 2-3 per monts)
And I have been voyaging the country to paint at these fairs
I don't have a car so I use public transportation, and I travel solo (no assistant)

I decided to make myself the lightest possible gear for face painting and portable one too, that I can assemble on spot and carry with me disassembled, without needing assistance.

Could you help me with that please? From experience how can I acieve that?

What I need:
Easel stand for face painting examples (I am thinking making it from pvc pipes that I could disassemble)
But here comes the tricky part - I need it to be lit (have lights on) for the night time - so what should I use?
Table (pvc also, or ultralight picnic table)
2 chairs (ones used for fishing)
Paints. brushes, kits (which I have already)
Some bag fo carry all of it, and baybe another one for the disassembled pvc pipes.

If you are in a similar situation, I would appreciate if you share your experience, for ultralight backpacking.
Or if you have any suggestions, I would love to hear them

I stand to paint. If I am lightening my load, I carry my telescoping, folding, tall director chair. I crated a folding table top that is made out of light weight FoamCore, covered in funky duct tape. I bungee my homemade table to my Stanley FatMax Galvanized Plastic Rolling Work Station. If I was carrying PVC piping for signage, I would also include some solar lights, for the garden, charge them during the day, then mount them at night on my sign, somehow. When we were camping with our children, we would use those as the children's night lights in their tent. It was enough light for them to read a book.
I adore using a word board, instead of pictures, as my work is always evolving, and changing, and the picture does not change.

The think is that I try to be the most ultralight possible.
For lighting there is always somewhere to plug any lights at the fares I attend so no need for solar lights. I was carrying a socket and an incandescent lightbulb with a wire, whick I mounted on my old wooden stand (which broke and was of poor quality) using a broken aluminium coathanger. It had a hippie and cheap look to it )) so now I think something more professional look, but I still think I can make it myself. Maybe one or 2 small lamps like LEDs or halogens... power supply is free anyway )

And about that portable director's chair, could you send me a sample picture please? ) (I think I will order mine online as we don't have any decent shop in my country) (Moldova, Eastern Europe)

This is my old chair.  I have been painting a lot more adults lately, so I now also own a larger, heavier chair, that is icky to carry.
