Wolfe white and black instock?
It's been a while since I've posted on here. Getting ready to do Relay For Life next month and I know I'm going to have to stock up on white and black.
I didn't know i was doing it this yr and now my husband comes to me, begging me to do it for his work. Wish he told me a month ago when they restocked
Anyone have stock in Wolfe white and black?

Re: Wolfe white and black instock?
My personal opinion is that all of the China wax paints are very similar, but vary from batch to batch: Wolfe, Fazmataz, Tag, DFX, Cameleon, Party Explosion, and some others all come from the same place.
If you like one, you are probably going to like the others. There are “grades” to the quality. But, that part of it all is a bit fuzzy. For instance, the people at Wolfe swear up and down there has been no change in years as to how the paint is made. But, I found that an older version of exactly the same brand and color just feels different than its newer version. As a side note, Wolfe and Fazmataz buy their paint from that China factory, then base their operations out of the USA. So, you would – sort of – be supporting a USA company. Tag, DFX and Cameleon buy it from that same factory as Wolfe and Fazmataz, but the paint ships to their home countries, then to the USA.
If that USA issue is important to you, Mehron’s Paradise and Starblends are made here, as is Gary Cole’s Ruby Red.
I was just at FABAIC, where the Wolfe team said they have it back in stock, but they don't want to sell you much: "You know you don't need 25 cakes." Hhmmmmm, I actually DO need that many.
Anyway, lots of other brands just like it.

Re: Wolfe white and black instock?
I use to do DFX white if Wolfe was out, but they went through a yucky customer service drama problem a while back(you can see thread on this forum). TAG is too thick and tends to flake for me.
I did order a little black from Silly Farm. I'm just hoping they restock since FABAIC is over now

Silly Farm is not the problem. It is Wolfe. They seem to have 3 challenges:
1) They do not order enough white and black. At this last FABAIC Gary Cole told me 90 percent of his sales are WHITE, the next biggest seller is black, then red. Then WAaaaaay down the list are the other colors. Wolfe has run out of white every year for the past, hhhmm, 5 years? Four? Anyway, too many times.
2) They are in Chapter 11 Bankruptcy
3) Customs is holding everyone's paint order for a dreadful long time.
Anyway, since the formula was changed from those China Factory paints, they all seem to have issues. But, if you want the wax based paints, just try one of the others. At least you can get them. Fazmataz has not run out of white yet on me -- YET. LOL.
