Re: How to find clients
Dear Jelena0925:
Welcome to the Forum!
If you go into your Profile, above and type in your general location.... your local face painters will be able to connect with you to share bookings, give you their double bookings, (and you return the favour), share shipping costs and paint orders. There are a few face painters from Florida on this Forum.
I have been face painting for 16 years, and I am always working on getting the next client.
I created a website and business cards.
I painted my face and walked around doing errands and handed my business card to anyone who asked.
I put inquire at every local Fair and Festival if they already have a face painter... if they do not... I put in a bid, or pay the vendor's fee to do Pay Per Face (PPF).
I have tortured my children by painting them and we all went UV bowling.
I have gotten a LOT of work by networking with my fellow face painters. They are NOT my competition... they are my compadres.
Come on over and introduce yourself in Introductions.
Happy Painting!

Lily Walters (West Coast Face Painters) has a lovely enlightening book--her "Pink Book" that gives tons of ideas!
