Getting my Buisness started

Hi, my name is Keesha. I have been painting faces for about 4 years now mostly volenteer and freelance. I'm trying to get my own buisness started, dont really know what I'm doing though. Still doing reasearch on what kind of permits/ licences etc i will need. I have a lot to learn still but I am very willing and able. This is my passion and has been for a long time. I will take any advice anyone is willing to give me about getting started. Thanks to all!
