First Belly Painting!

Hi guys! I am super excited to share with you my first belly painting! My sister-in-law lovingly allowed me to paint her at a family "Girls Day" we had on the weekend.

I am really happy with how it turned out. I am loving adult painting at the moment because I find that I can express myself in the art more completely, rather than with kids painting they often need to look like a certain character or something else.

I read on some other feeds people asking about what to take: I took my whole kit, but left the director's chair at home. I just asked her to sit in a chair she was comfortable in with a pillow behind her back. I did have a little stool, but only used it when I was working right at the bottom of the belly. I certainly didn't use everything in my kit, but having everything gave me lots of flexibility.

It's beutiful. My favorite thing in the designs are the flowers that looks a bit like a star.
