For taxes, filing a 941?
Has anyone ever run across this when filing as a sole proprietor? If so, I would like to hear your whens, wheres, and whys.
I just got this in the mail from the IRS, and am reading up on it, trying to understand the form before I place a phone call.

You typically only file a 941 when you have employees paid over a certain amount of $
