I went to several parties in the last 5 days and just felt I had to share what I think is pretty much the most clever dessert I have seen and thought maybe others would want to post their favorites or ones they found to be inspiring or delicious!!

My kids were completely enchanted by these Chocolate Mice!! A friend of my husband's did these!

and so simple - A chocolate kiss, a chocolate dipped maraschino cherry, 2 almond slivers, and a half oreo (filling side)

I have been making chocolate mice for AGES.....everyone loves them. I don't put them on an Oreo though....not sure what that is supposed to be???? I just do the mice themselves. Also I do a more "cartoony" eye, with white chocolate. Some times I even put red bows on half of them if I am taking them somewhere with a lot of kids.....they like that there are boy and girl ones...LOL
