Re-do Wonder Palette for 1-stroke?
I received a Wonder Palette for Christmas and find that I don't use it very much. The color combinations (picked by my 6 & 3 year old nieces) just aren't what I find useful. I was thinking of cutting them up to have 4 colors per pot instead of the 2. Then I could use them with the daubers or with a brush for more one-stroke designs.
Has anyone cut up a Wonder Palette? Does this seem like a good plan? What tips/advice do you recommend?

I did this and found I used up the colors quickly. I almost always make my own splits but use square pill boxes I picked up at cvs

I tried this but soon abandoned it because I started buying TAG one-strokes and they were so easy to brush and very bright. I think the paints they use in Wonder Pallets are better for sponging. I think I still have a photo of the splits I made and swatches...let me look...
Anyway...rather than make them into one strokes you might want to sell them as-is. I used my empty palettes to make mini-starblends for my kit so you might want to save it for that or sell it for that purpose to Loretta.
If you look on Youtube Vi from Sparkling Faces and another painter did a Wonder Palette series of faces that you could check out too.

Thanks for the info / advice! I really wanted to keep the palette because it was a gift from my nieces but I was hoping to find a way to make it more useful.
