I am temporarily working in an office taking customer calls....boring, but I laugh a lot. They have a standard comment that they say when they transfer people to a different department. I laugh every time they say it.....so, let me ask you, what do you hear?

"I'll transfer you to a live agent"

Now I'm really gonna laugh, I especially like 'a lively gent'. What I hear as soon as they say
"I'll transfer you to a live agent" I think "as opposed to a dead agent".
