I looked high and low for anything worth while---at the Dollar Tree I got a few paints that are good practice paints, but nothing great!

I went to 2 Walmart's yesterday, one had 75% off and the other 25%, none of them had the paint boo hoo.

Awww Maggie Come to Florida! I was a little sad I didnt find any white paint so I can make split cakes :/ But Im happy with what I found

I wish I had found some of the larger kits with the four colors. But 17 9grams is pretty good....
My locals were out before Halloween.

Found these at Wal-Mart...I really wish they'd had some of the larger single-color cakes, but these will do. (:

2.50 is still pretty good for 15 grams condidering a 30 gram cake is 7.00 and more for the sparkle. I got 2 of those this evening. I am glad I will get to try a couple new colors without buying a whole cake.

I got a few today and I'm thinking of toying around with making a split... question, what will I do with those crayons?

I wish I had a car so i could check other Walmarts! I really would love to get a few more. Expecially since I do not have any green yet or dark blue and just the one white.

I know i dont know what to do with the crayons theyre nice colors though it would be nice to melt them into a split cake lol i doubt thats possible.

I hit 2 yesterday. They had nothing. I did pick up a couple of mini teaser palettes at the Halloween store though for $5. Having only worked with the Snaz I wanted to see what it did for my lines.

You need some wolfe black and white! a good alternative is look for the klutz skit its about $16 and it comes with wolfe paint. 6 colors i think it was a life saver when i first started And the wolfe black and white youll fall in love! such good line work

I hit walmart today, the 9g were $.49 ea. I spent $30! I'm thinking about offering some in the swap shop for trades. Alas, now white or black, just red, brown, yellow, pink, green & light blue.

Hmmm I guess I have tried the wolfe paints if that is what's in the Klutz kit, that's what I started with and loved it! I just switched to Diamond FX because the smaller paints were hard for me to work with... They sell the Klutz kit at Michaels, wait until they have a 40% or 50% coupon!

You can get the Klutz paints without the book on Amazon for around $13. Beware, though, because you will run through the black and white before you use everything else. It costs about $15 to order a white and black Wolfe cake from Metina, which is plenty for a while. If you don't like them for some reason, put them in the swap shop and someone will snap them up.

Yeah i needed the white and black for everything! I'm glad I built up my kit so I rarely use the little klutz one except for work because we have Palmers paint and its terrible to work with I'd rather just use my own sometimes but thats too expensive so I use my little one

Rebons I know! I was lucky enough to dig and find 4 black but no white really stunk but I'm happy with what I found

Hit the mother load today. Got 36 of the individuals (@ .49 a piece) which included 10 black and 12 white! Have to wait for a check to go in the bank tonight then I am going back to Walmart for another round of it. I will post a pic of the over all score when I am done.

Also got a few of the "kits" with the crayons and tooth paints.

Was it a different Walmart or the same one? You're so lucky! I so want white!

I'm also thinking of getting some of the can spray paint just for add ons at a birthday party or something. I think it would be fun =] Ill be on my way to Walmart tonight again lol

Yup. I bought all the black. They still have some white. I also came up on a couple glitter tat kits but they aren't wolf. I was expecting half off so I had been working in a budget (my other half pushed me to get more than I thought we could afford then it turned out I could have done more. lol) So I will be going back tonight after his show or tomorrow depending on how tired I am. lol

Imagine my surprise as I am digging through containers looking only to turn around and find a whole end cap of paints!!!!

My oldest is asking to do hair along side my painting. lol
