Re: 2012 Holiday Gift Exchange
Ohhhh, Luz - I was SURE after all this time that it had got completely lost in the post, and now I'm relieved to know that's not the case. I'm so happy it finally arrived, but sorry it took so long and didn't get to you before Christmas.
So glad you like your gift, and you're very, very welcome. That chocolate's addictive, by the way.......
I'm all happy now!
Kammy xx

Re: 2012 Holiday Gift Exchange
Here's my gift from Lady Jynx:
Secret Santa Haul
The huge amount of candy, including homemade fudge, has been gratefully consumed. There was also a growing crystal Christmas tree and an ornament, both of which have been incorporated into our decorations. Then in this photo there are 8 Wolf colors with applicators, 5 homemade split cakes with applicators, 12 extra applicators, the cutest ever tiny Wolf Essentials palette, the famous Target petal brush, pouncers, a bag of rhinestones, and a pair of dangling heart earrings! Quite the haul!
Thanks, Lady Jynx!

Re: 2012 Holiday Gift Exchange
Jenny I am glad you liked your gift. I was so disappointed that I couldn't do more. It was my first experience making the split cakes. I made myself a set too. I do hope you enjoy them. I love the mini palette. I like being able to pack small. I have also discovered the brush in there is my favorite for fine line work. Let me know about the petal brush. I haven't gotten one yet and am really curious how it works out for you.

Re: 2012 Holiday Gift Exchange
The petal brush works awesome! I still have not got down the double dipping technique, but I can make all different sizes of single color flowers. It's also nice for dots.
You have no reason to be disappointed, as far as I'm concerned. I was delighted with the gifts. Thank you again!

Re: 2012 Holiday Gift Exchange
You could always try loading the brush from the split cakes for a little variety with the petals. I don't know if it would work but maybe worth a try. I am so excited that you liked it. Honestly it doesn't matter how much I do I always want to do more. lol

Re: 2012 Holiday Gift Exchange
Been so busy the last few months the forum has been hit and run just didn't have time to find the original thread. Thank you Erica your an awesome shopper. I gave her a list of things that I wanted but really didn't need thinking she would get a couple of things on the list but she got almost all the things. I got a krylon neon appetizer pallet, pink and purple glitter gel, tire tracks stencil,Ribbon candy, candy coal, and a loaf of Banana bread. Was late getting mine out to her but the Rock Stars at UPS got my package to her the Friday before Christmas when I mailed it Wednesday morning.
Re: 2012 Holiday Gift Exchange
Awe, I wasn't looking for a public thank you Angi, I am just so glad you liked everything! I had no idea what I was shopping for with the Krylon but hope it was at least close, they had so many different options and I have never used the brand! I absolutely LOVED everything you sent me, I was a bit in shock when I kept pulling out more and more goodies! LOL your a great shpper as well!
Re: 2012 Holiday Gift Exchange
Reading how everyone was so happy with their gifts is half the fun!
Although I never got confirmation that my package was well-received, I'm just gonna trust the postoffice on this one and assume all is well.
Thanks again for organising it Jody, it this is repeated next year I'll be glad to participate again.
