30 faces 30 days of Christmas

So, Christmas is coming. And I'm looking through all my old Christmas faces and my painting has come a long way this year. NO WAY I'm using any of them except my Snow Fairy, which is currently my most popular face whether it's Christmas or not.

So I need some suggestions for Christmas faces! I'd like to copycat AmyLady's 30faces in 30 days and try to do one new face each day in Nov. I may end up using baking paper or templates, since my kids are definitely in the "nooooo, get that brush away from me" department now.

Who wants to paint along with me too! Let's get ready for Christmas, starting Thursday.

4. Moonlit sleigh and reindeer (I can't imagine I'll ever get that below the 5 min threshhold, though)

7. 3 wise men on their way to Bethlehem

12. gold jingle bells with a red bow
13. poinsettia
14. snow globe with a snowman inside

17. Baby Jesus in a manger (oh no, this will be a challenge, can I swaddle him and avoid the arms and legs again! )

Love the Wise men idea! Here are two of mine but it sounds cool to try to paint for a month straight.

so this isnt on your list, and i havent painted a christmas face in a long while but here is something festive

I love those lights, Krissiemarie! I am actually WAY busier throughout the month of December than I am around Halloween time as I paint along with a local Santa. Here are some others that I do:
- snowflake
- gold jingle bells
- poinsettia
- snow globe with a snowman inside
- Rudolph
- the grinch
- ice skate
- Baby Jesus in a manger
- snowflake
- holly
- round swirl red & white peppermint candy
- Bells with a red bow
- a stocking
- a wrapped gift

That's what I can think of off the top of my head...I may have to dig out my Christmas designs! It is already November this week, after all!

this looks like a way hard list. I haven't thought once about most of these---I will do what I can but hubby's out of town job is ending this week! THANK GOODNESS! and now he wants us to go out of town for a few weeks--so both those things will really cut back on my facepainting time!

Wonderful Faces! I am in need of Holiday ones, I have a big event in Decemeber! I don' t know if I can do 30 faces in 30 days, but I will be practicing like crazy that is for sure!

You know, I actually do a cheek art design of the Grinch's dog, Max, too. A lot of kids pick it! It's just like a side view of his head with the reindeer horn tied on. :-)

That's 29 then! I'll have to google it, since I've never even seen the Grinch movie or read the book.

and since I live in the southern hemisphere, I think I'll make number 30 "Summer Christmas". Not sure what I'll do yet but I have 30 days to think of something.
