How do you make spider legs??
I was wondering if any of you can describe or show how to make spider legs like these??
Re: How do you make spider legs??
Absolutely - just long teardrops done with a small, round brush and then accentuated with white. The other way I sometimes do them is with a 3/4" one-stroke brush, using it almost like a stamp with one stroke for each of 3 sections on each leg.

When you're in a hurry with a line waiting, your spider legs can't be that detailed. You'll learn to do the legs in two strokes, flicking the 2nd stroke at it's end.

Actually, with practice those tear drop spider legs get to be pretty darned fast, literally drag-plop, drag-plop...or in the case of that picture, plop, plop.
I was going to be a smart alec and answer the OP with: Well, first you get a daddy and mommy spider who love each other...
