Got a gig!!! HELP!! Empty Got a gig!!! HELP!!

Alright ladies! I need your expert advice!!! I got a gig providing Twilight tattoos at the premier for three days in a row! How much should I pay for vendor fees? How much glitter should I take and what colors? They have 12 auditoriums sold out with 200 seats each. How many stencils should I take? Where can I purchase twilight themed stencils? Thank you in advance!! P.S. What site can I order supplies from and actually get it shipped to Utah BEFORE the premier? Thanks!
