I wonder what to look for in Holland, that can be compared or is the same as soft scrub bleach cleanser.

I've done bleach printing for a while. You can use butcher paper/freezer paper$5 Business Tee - Page 2 1017642_10151670858771308_1508464606_n cut out your stencil, iron it on the shirt and then use a 40% bleach water solution wait 20 seconds and spay the shirt where the bleach is with hydrogen peroxide and it neutralizes the bleach. This prevents the bleach from continuing to work. This also keeps the bleach from eating through your shirt.
