with make-up instead of paint...

my designs for the gothic people...

it's all done with losse powders over eyeshadow base or using cellsealer as a base or as mixing liquid with the powder to create a kind of waterresistant paint you can use as liner..

the cellsealer makes it waterresistant, so I had to take it off with baby oil, I also use that for my waterresistant eyeliner. so great for parties where you might sweat..Wink
