Inspiration all around

Found this spider out side of my mothers front door and was inspired to paint.

Love the shading and design of your mask...is that a real spider?

That is the most beautiful spider I've ever seen..... And I don't like them at all, spiders, brrrrrrr!

What an awesome little spider! I am not fond of spiders but can respect the beauty. I took a shot of one the other day, not near as cool as this one though! Love the mask, great inspiration.

We live in an area with many dangerous spiders---brown reculse (sp?) and black widows---but the one I hate the most is the sun spider, its not posionois, but I guess they hurt bad when they bite. I won't post a picture--but they creep me out!! If you want to see a freaky spider look it up!

It is funny where inspiration is found---before face painting I just looked at things, now I look at shading, what colors are in something, and texture.

Thanks everyone! I thought when I saw it first eww whats that?! Then cool markings. I am not scared of spiders but do become an instant ninja if I get caught in a web. I was riding my bike and rod through one yesterday!!!!! I Love the look when you dry brush and tend to use it alot.
