Looking for pictures of manuscript-inspired painting

A few month ago, someone posted some step-by-steps of some wonderful face painting ideas inspired by the look of medieval manuscripts. They were based around colored teardrops and a strong use of gold and black outlining (but I don't remember anything more than that).

I didn't bookmark it, and have gone crazy trying to come up with the right word in the search box to find it.

Do you recall this? Was this you? If anyone can point me to that thread, I would appreciate it.
