Re: Attempts today)
Your work is very good. It seems like your homemade cakes serve you well! Good luck and keep practicing!!!
Re: Attempts today)
Lisa Joy Young does a really good video on one stroke roses. Just google her name and rose princess and you'll find it on you tube. Also, consider making your dolphin with only one lip, instead of two. Try to imagine it with only the bottom one. I remember the Wolfe brothers mentioning about the eye position on a dolphin, it needs to be nice and low, right at the end of their smile. Add a black dot to its eye, and a few white highlights. It'll be great. Keep painting and I think your cakes look great.
Re: Attempts today)
Ladies, thanks for the response) on the weekend I had an experience at the festival and I painted 47 children), I am incredibly happy, for me it is a great number of children, and pictures) I was tired but was confident)))) I guess my dolphin and really not very good) no roses, no dolphin children did not order)))))

Nice work! I suck at flowers too especially roses. I practiced and practiced for an event and not one person asked for them
Oh, but I did improve so at least I'll be prepare when someone finally ask for one.

Re: Attempts today)
That mega split cake looks amazing - I'd SO love to make one. Hmm. Maybe in the future when I'm a bit more confident. I'm just learning to use them too, so I know what you mean when you talk about finding it hard. Shawna D has a wonderful rose tutorial, which I highly recommend.
Your zipped-on face is outstanding! Did you spirit-gum the zip to your face? Beautiful!

Wow. That zip tiger is GORGEOUS. I love your colour choices and detailing.
I usually use Prosaid to glue prosthetics on, if that helps.
