Shidoshi says hello from Columbus, Ohio!

Hello out there.

My name is Shidoshi and I am a body and SFX artist from Columbus, Ohio. Until recently, I have been primarily focused on makeup application that involves prosthetic appliances, liquid latex, creme makeups and so forth. Although still a area I spend a lot of time in, I recently attended the Midwest Haunter's Convention here in Ohio and attended several workshops that focused on face and body painting and learned a lot from them. I was fortunate to meet Brian and Nick Wolfe as they did a face paint for my son at their booth, watched Nix Herrerra do some amazing airbrush work and spent a weekend watching people work their creative magic. I decided to explore this avenue as well and have so far been having a great time doing so, I keep my kids happy by practicing on them all the time and I'm about to pick up and start working with my first airbrush setup. I've come here to share my work, get feedback from others who can give direction and suggestion instead of empty critique, check out the work of others for inspiration and to ask/answer occasional questions as they pop up.
