Metina, you're welcome to use my photo if you want. :-) I'd be flattered. There are so many beautiful examples of people using the BAMs.

I don't mind either.

I really must use the reptile stencil more, the examples on the snakes look really cool.
I think some play time is in order with my new Paradise palette (thanks for the super fast shipping Metina!)

Loving all of these! I'm going to have to get BAM stencils soon seems like it makes simple face paintings really pop!

Here's the 1035 we all seem to love so much. I haven't really used the stencils much, but just recently picked this one up, so painted my beautiful little niece. (the little lightning bolt in the middle is not my doing....it's actually a birthmark!...yes, we all lovingly call it her Harry Potter birthmark)

That was a rush job - I remember saying to her cant you make up your mind and stick with it and I was trying to get out the door. but I only had my paradise pallette out plus black and white. so it was a tripple loaded sponge with paradise white , light pink, and dark pink I blended the heck out of it as she was chatting to me (she always talks as I paint her) then I went back with the dark pink over the top with the stencil.
but for daytime I use tag metalic in the closest colour match over the top as it is subtle and catches the light in the sun. or if I am feeling lazy whatever colour I have used on the outside edge.
It annoyed me that I forgot to highlight the roses - LOL but the blossoms were bad everything was rushed as we had to go....
The thing about my kids is that if they decide they want to be painted it is always just before we go somewhere or just before bed. and they constantly change ther minds and argue with me about colours that go together. bless there little hearts.
and Metina I know you have better - but you are welcome to use either of mine if you need too.

Please know This child will only let me paint butterflys on her, or pink fairy masks (she would prefer pink butterflys too) any way this is bam 1039 didn't think there was a 1039 on here

The full set of BAM stencils is part of the "Deal of the Day" on the forum shop for the next couple of days if anyone is interested. They retail for $130 for the full set of 45, but we have them on special for only $115-get'em while they last as we sold out quickly the last time I did this.

I finally got some BAM stencils. I'm on a learning curve w/ them, but here's what I've got.

I used the swirly heart one & the snake one.

Yay!! It's so pretty Linda!! Metina... I tried to order just the 2 I wanted, but you were out of 1035 so I'm gonna try and cut a "poor man's version" of it myself. lol. Mylar is SO much nicer than what I can do, and $4 is totally a steal. I will buy some when they come back in. In the meantime, I am impatient. I'll post a pic if it works. Thanks for the inspiration everyone.

Yay!! I really love the look that the tiny scales create Perry! That fire stencil is pretty sweet for dragon breath!

I discovered though that it's very difficult to use stencils on yourself while painting with a hand held mirror LOL

It's also hard to use a stencil on your left arm while sponging on it w/ your right hand... everything is all shifty
