Actually Shannon, I got to pick out my own...he just paid for them. He told me, " I know you'll get your money out of them, so buy the best ones, and the ones you like best!" I love him, he's so good to me! I felt them all, and even opened some 40% off packs and felt them, but I liked these better. The feel of the bristles was just nicer and firmer in some of them. I'm happy--can't wait to go to the park tomorrow!

What brand/type are the white ones? Do you like them?

They are Loew-Cornell stain brushes. they're synthetic, but I like their firmness, because I like to control the flow. Yes--I tried them last night, and they're really nice! I really like the spotter with the clear handle and sable brush. Nice for curls and swirls (not stealing your name Metina!) I just need to study designs to get more ideas. My 41 year old brain doesn't remember a lot of what I've seen, so I do a lot of improve on the job. But I can copy anything I see, so if kids have tshirts they want copied onto their face, I'm the girl!

This was fun and a lOT easier with good brushes. I think I'll start using good brushes on a regular basis...

YES I do! Of course, I make a list of "What Darlene would like to have" so he buys what I want instead of things I don't need. he likes it that way!
