Body painting

Do any of you have an example of a contract for a body painting. I have a very basic model contract but it has nothing to do with nudity. Can you please share anything you have

It isn't a contract but on my resources page I have my Information for Body Painting Models... which I include with any contracts regarding a body painting gig.

My contract states that it is the client's responsbility to ensure that the level of nudity is legal for the venue/event. I paint what I am hired to paint. I am not responsible for their fines or charges for public nudity if they have chosen to disregard local bylaws.

One client for whom I painted six servers ended up being fined $10,000 as two of the servers decided to remove their nipple covers and paint over their nipples with only the touch up paint I'd provided.... not my problem. A liquor and gaming inspector popped in and ... BUSTED THEM

Thats no good! So you give all that info to the model or the people hiring you?

To the people hiring me to give to their models. If I know the models I'll get a copy to them, and I have copies available for them. I try to meet them ahead of time as I need to know what size and shape nipple covers are needed if I am using them and scope out their size/shape for design and product requirements.
